Tasting Notes 2010
Charlemagne 2007
93 points | $155 | 143 cases made | White
This smells more like a red wine, with berry and cherry aromas
and flavors, plus lemon and pastry. A rich, effusive wine, picking
up mineral accents on the finish with a long, toasty aftertaste. Not
typical, but tasty. Best from 2013 through 2028.—B.S.
Corton White 2007
93 points | $115 | 242 cases made | White
Not showing much now, this white hints at grapefruit, pineapple
and honey aromas. Very rich and mouthfilling, with melon, toast
and mineral notes building up to the long finish. It's the finish that
reveals its potential. Best from 2013 through 2028.—B.S.
